The first lady that did my pedicure was rude and careless. As she was massaging me she would stop massaging me and start talking to the lady next to her. I then tried to get up to go to the bathroom and as I took my feet out of the tub she started scolding me, " No! No! No" like I was a child. She thought I was going to walk on the floor with wet feet. I then looked at my feet in the light outside and it was a total mess. She had put 3-4 coats of polish on my toes and it was all messy and ugly. I went back in and had a semi-nice lady do a much better job. I'll never go back.

They were rushing to do my nails!!!! Also, i've NEVER had a problem with my nail polish chipping off anywhere else, but this place's nail polish seems cheap. After 4 days, it's already coming off; other place's I've been it stayed on for WEEKS. The lady also made my nail bleed from clipping it too close to my skin. DO NOT GO HERE.

First time visit today, was a last minute decision. when we saw it next to ben & Jerry's I checked Google reviews and from everything I read it sounded pretty good so I gave it a try and very pleased with the service. Nails came out great, didn't feel rushed, and wasn't very busy at the time we went. Definitely will be back

I absolutely LOVE this Nail Salon. I discovered this salon from a horrible experience I encountered across the street! I still needed service and while making a stop a Kroger, I saw the "Open" sign was still on. I came into the Salon and immediately was offered service. The tech and salon Manager immediately knew I was in distress. I explained what just recently happened and was immediately welcomed with open arms. The experience made me regret ever visiting the salon across the street. For my next pedi/medi I came back here and brought my daughter. We received impeccable first class service. It was exactly what I have been accustom too. I did not feel rushed or feeling like my money was not being used in vein. My 6 yr old daughter even exclaimed her liking to this salon while there. Customer Service GREAT, CLEAN, and Everything is priced perfectly! Very relaxing experience. I will make this my GO too salon. Definitely recommend at least one visit if not more!
