Curl up and Dye is my favorite place to get my hair done! The environment is friendly and the staff here are high professional. I go to Jazz whenever I need a hair cut or flat-iron. She is very friendly, outgoing, talkative, and experienced. She wants to make sure you love your hair and will listen to any suggestions you have.

They butchered my boys hair and when I complained they blamed my son. When I refused to pay for the hack job on his hair they threatened to call the police. My daughters hair was cut too. The did an OK job on hers. I was willing to pay for hers. They were rude and unprofessional. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. The tattooed lady did the hack job. Avoid these unprofessional people.

I will never go here again. Went in for a cut and dye. Came out with super short hair, I'm so sad:( I specifically said "shoulder length with layers". Also, the whole hair cut was uneven and I had to go back in the next morning, which meant they cut MORE hair. Now it's even but even shorter! I should've just had my husband cut it for me, he would've done a better job. I'm sure if I would've been heard correctly this wouldn't have happened.

I came here because I had received a few bad haircuts in a row. finally someone could look at an old picture of me and get my hair back to normal. It is fast, friendly, and nice service. I think some of the reviews are on here before Tracy bought the place. It is very nice now. I would give it 5 stars but you can't tip if you use a card. you must have cash for that. I know whyfees on credit machine) but it is still inconvenient.

Love the atmosphere and Dana is AMAZING! She is honest about everything and is an awesome stylist!
