I give this place no stars if I could I have been here before to get pedicure and eyelashes this last time I went , Who did my pedicure did amazing I love them who did my lashes was also good but unfortunately my eyelashes didn’t even last a day they started falling out I tried to book an appointment to get my nails done no answer now that they’re doing it by appointments due to Covid It is unprofessional that you can’t even get in contact with anyone there , I don’t think I would set foot in his place again

I went to Chrissy Nails on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 10 am. I arrived on time, but when I got there, my nail tech didn’t come for another 20 minutes. She apologized for her lateness and got right to work on my nails. I showed the tech an image of the design I wanted, and I told her I wanted a tapered square shape. She notified me that she was excited to do this shape because, typically, her clients ask for coffin, so this was her first time doing this shape in a while. I should have taken that as a sign to leave. She puts on the tips, shapes my nails, and asked me if they look okay, and at the time, they did. After shaping and filing, it comes time to start the design. She takes the image I show her over to Chrissy to get a price. The nail tech notifies me that the total will be $105, which is overpriced compared to other salons, but I figured the quality would be worth it. My nail tech begins the design, and I can tell she doesn’t know how to do it. She asks me if it looks okay, and I tell her I don’t like it, so she sends me to Chrissy’s chair. Chrissy does not even attempt to complete the design, and after about 5 minutes in her chair without her as much as touching my hand, Chrissy sends me to a different tech’s chair to complete the design. This tech did the design, and it looked okay; I paid and left the salon. When I got home, after looking at my nails with detail, the shape was not good at all. I was never in love with my nails, especially considering the price, but I was willing to let it go until Sunday, May 16, 2021 (2 days later). All of my nails began to pop right off as if they were press ons. I advised Chrissy’s Instagram page of the situation, and she stated that I could come back and have them fixed, but for $105, I should not have to come back. I just wanted a refund. She issued me a $75 refund stating that she has never issued a full refund in her 25 years of work. In the end, I appreciate the fact that I was given a partial refund, but just because you have been doing something the same way for years does not make it right. Especially given the fact that I notified them that this is the second time I have left this salon, and the nails have popped right off like press ons (a story for another time). The customer service needs to be better.

ID GIVE NO STARS! I GO IN FOR EYEBROWS & THEY TURN ME AWAY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, THEN THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Don’t waste your time .

I called in to schedule a refill for my sisters bridal shower coming up. They told me I can not come in because I got my nails done elsewhere previously. I have never had a nail salon turn me down in regards to that and I will never give them my business again.
