I have been tanning here for many years, super friendly staff, lots of products, and they are always updating equipment to have the latest beds, spray tans, etc.

If I could leave a zero I would. This place fraudulently and relentlessly charged my card months after I canceled my plan and refused to remove them.

I frequented this business between for somewhere between one and two years. It was a good price and the facility well maintained. Also the staff are very courteous and polite. Unfortunately I fell on some hard times and couldn't afford the service anymore. I was enrolled in an autopay contract so from my best recollection I cancelled the service with one of their employees. I found out 8 months later that I was still paying for the service when I checked my account I never use it was previously being withdrawaled from . After attempting to dispute these charges with staff members they called the owner on the phone and he refused because they did not have a record of my cancellation. I think its reasonable that I should have been smart enough to keep a copy of my cancellation. I am giving this business 2 stars because after close to two years of being a loyal customer to this business the owner couldn't even be bothered to give me a call back or communicate with me in any way. I left at least three messages with staff and nothing. It's really disappointing, especially considering I explained my financial situation and I needed help. It would have been great to get even a partial refund, but in the end all I really expected was a call back.

Beds here are ok and make sure you are clear on details when signing up for a several month package. I recently bought a 3 month paying the first of every month a set amount. What they failed to point out is that the first month somehow wasn't included in the 3 month plan (actually four months). I was only tanning for an event so I was no happy when I was told this. Had to argue with young employee who not in so many words told me "sorry you were stupid" for not understanding the bait and switch. Giving 3 stars because manager made it right. Also, cannot make appointments so if you go at a popular time you have to wait. Should probably make sure you have time to wait or live close by.

All of the gals that work there are SUPER friendly and really knowledgeable! Very clean place and great lotions and beds. They are always having really great specials too! Overall this is the place to tan!
