I got my feet and nails done. My feet came out good but she did horrible job on my nails and a hour after I left my nail Polish on my nails started to all Crack. I went back and they only repainted the nails without designs on them so they wouldn't have to redo the designs, they were cracked also though. The next day my nail Polish that they redid is chipping off already. Save your money if your doing your nails. I've gotten my feet done there a few times and they are good though.

I went there and asked for "gel nails and gel polish", I explained that I wanted to do something to strengthen my nails but that wouldn't damage them. They acted like they had never heard of "gel nails" and told me that what I wanted was something they called "healthy nails". As it turns out, "healthy nails" are FAR FROM IT- they used a dremmel to "roughen up" my natural nails- I assume so the substance would adhear better, that damaged my natural nails terribly. The substance they put on was several layers of very heavy and extremely thick and hard resin type polish/powder. I have been going there every 3 weeks to have my nails done since May, each time they use a combination of a liquid remover and the dremmel. On several occasions they have "nicked" my natural nail with the dremmel and it has hurt. Last week I broke one of the nails and was not able to travel to Liverpool to get it fixed, so I stopped into a local nail salon to see if they could do a repair job on me....both the owner and her co-worker were pretty baffeled at what I had on my nails- they had never worked with anything so hard and so thick. It took them 2 hours to remove the "polish/resin" layers that were on my nails and when they got down to my nail, not only did I have a fungus growing on 3 of my nails, but they were also paper thin and extremely sensitive. This is not the condition of my nails prior to my walking into Simplicity Nails, and they never led me to believe that the product was going to harm my nails so badly nor did they ever voice concerned about the discoloration of my natural nails due to the fungus that was growing. I don't believe they cared about me, my nails or my nail health; as a matter of fact I never really felt welcome there at all. I am very thankful that my nail broke causing me to find help elsewhere. I would not recommend this estiblishment to anyone and would highly recommend that the department of health check into thier licenses and cleanliness!
