I went there with my sister to both get our acrylics done. We went in there hoping it would only take about an hour. So we got in there and the put us in chairs. We waited for someone to start doing our nails for 30 mins. We were kinda in a rush so that was not helpful. When someone finally came to help us, she could do only one of our nails. So in the end, it took us one hour and 35 mins.... When I walked out, they were not dry nor that good...

I am really disappointed in the services performed at this salon. I went in for a classic manicure and a classic pedicure and this is what I got.
They had a poor selection of nail polish and when I asked for Gel it was double the price. The manicure lasted 7 minutes. She dipped my hands in cold water for a few seconds, and quickly took them out of the bowl. She didn't ask if I preferred to have my nails filed or cut before she began picking at them. She grabbed a nail filer from what looked like a trash can and began filing my nails with it. She painted my nails quickly and unprofessional. I don't know how this is acceptable?
My pedicure was done by another person and they took more time however I didn't receive a massage and the hot towel was not hot. The polish job was done poorly as well.
I was the first person in the salon when they opened and no one was waiting, I don't understand how they didn't take their time?
I will never be returning to this salon.

This is a place with regulars like me. You get not only great service, but feel like you are among friends. I have been coming for years, and have seen the same nail techs. There is no turn over here. These are a sweet and sassy bunch of ladies.

Love the fun & friendly environment....fair prices for great service....thanks ladies of Ultra Salon. Also, I must add with regards to the event with the dogs..the salon owner went out to the dog owner and sincerely apologized and thought all was well only to be yelled at later with profanity by the dog owner when she later walked past the salon....just saying.

The girls are great! I have used them for shellac for the last couple years. Also have had good pedicures, good massage.
