I had my oil changed there and they lost the washer that goes to my oil pan, causing a leak. When I returned to find out how come I lost 2 quarts of oil in 3 days, instead of taking accountability, they put some kind of goo around the nut.

Not a frequent Walmart customer but they came to the rescue today! My husband and I found ourselves with a flat tire in Amarillo as we were driving back to Houston from Colorado. Walmart was the closest tire center that was open early on a Sunday. They had our car up and a new tire on it within half an hour. And while we waited, they offered us and our pup some water and treats in the office so we could get out of the cold wind. The ladies were super sweet and made sure we didn't lose too much time on our trip. Beyond great service!
