Wanted to get a pedi before i went out of town and I came here because I've been here before. I walked in and was seated. I was seated in the last chair in the back away from everyone else. Soaked my feet and noticed all the women before me were now done. They got their hands done too. A few more ladies walked in after me. They were all helped before me and i was there first. My water got so cold i couldn't keep my feet in the water anymore. After being there for 35 min with no service or any other employee speaking to me I put my shoes on and Left! I will never go back, and to think i was going to take my kids! Nope no ma'am no sir no way no how!

My experience at Wynn Nail & Spa is and always has been amazing! The staff always have great customer service and a smile on their faces. I appreciate coming in and how quickly in taken care of. The lady who help me didn’t know what she was doing I had to correct her and on top of that the gel nails looked terrible. She kept trying to put oil on my fingers to make it look better but it was bad. Another girl tried to help her and she ended up making my fingernail bleed. In the past they have provided great service however this time around I was very dissatisfied.

I went there for the first time and the people are friendly but the quality is not good. Three days after I got my gel polish it started chipping. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and have to get them done again.
