I was charged an additional 5$ on my card I wasn’t aware of. I called to ask why this was a few days later and the owner did not know what to tell me and said he would call me back. I never received a call back. I had to call them back 2 weeks later (today) to clarify what happened and why I never got a call back. The wife said it was because I purchased a mask. She said she told her husband to charge me 5$ more because they forgot to charge for the mask. Wouldn’t it make sense to call me and tell me this before charging my card for a higher amount only to make me wonder if someone was trying to add to their tip? Not only that but why didn’t the husband know this when I called to follow up if it was because they forgot to add the mask amount. The wife just argued with me and over talked me the whole conversation. Just when I thought I had a nail salon that I could trust nearby. Apparently not. Too shady for me and was handled terribly wrong. I will not be going back.

My friend brought me here today for the first time cause she “loveD” this place. We won’t be back neither of us are happy with what we left with. Waste of time and money. All of these happy reviews are of people who are fine with trash nails sorry not sorry their entire process is shotty.

First time. I brought my daughter and her friend. They had manicures. I had a manicure. Professional and relaxing environment. Mimi performed a thorough and beautiful pedicure. My daughter and friend had nice age appropriate manicure . I will be a regular from now on.
