I would rate it a 0/5 but I can’t. My experience was that I walked in and their was no one there and now I know why. The lady charged me $25 but they weren’t even worth $10. She cut my sides of 2 nails and it hurt a little and blood came out. I went to go wash my hand and there was scratches on both sides some of my nails. She left acrylic on the back of my finger but later took it off. when it was time to put the nail polish I wanted a 2 color kind of style and she said I couldn’t that I had to pick one color. So I put 1 color it was a light shade and she had to put 2 coats. she put 2 coats on one hand and 1 coat on the other she put the top coat on a nail and later went to go fix it some of my nails where slanted and angled in a weird way I picked coffin and some of the sides where straight when they where supposed to be a little angled and it was really hot inside they have a small option for nail polish and when I left they weren’t even dried yet so o accidentally rubbed it off thinking they where dry and it was a bad experience for me. Never again💀 smh😬😒

My first time coming here, for a pedicure and color change had me waiting for hour till I decide to walk out ask them if I could soak my feet she says ohh no your feet be too soft😂 never again

I've been coming here for over 2 years and I absolutely love it!! I won't go anywhere else.

I went to this shop a while back and the staff was really pleasant...today they were very rude...very poor customer service...I will never ever return to this shop...nail shop across the street by Rainbow has much better customer service...and pleasant staff...
