I brought my grandpa here to get his eyes measured. Our visit there was very straightforward. The receptionist took my grandpa's information and found all the necessary documents on their system previously provided by their Glendale office. They were quick and lovely to work with. We only waited 15 mins. The interior decor and waiting area was very outdated. Also the equipment they were using (although fully functional) also seemed outdated as well. The optometrist was quick and was done in less than 10 mins. Overall we had a good experience.

My 75 year old mother went in to get new glasses. She paid $65 deposit and they kept her glasses for the frames. after 6 weeks of calling and then raising the price two times (all the way to $250), they finally said they could not help her. She was without glasses for 6 weeks and they are refusing to give her her $65 back with stories or 'The owner is out of the country'. We are filing a complaint. Will let you all know how it turns out. We are pushing for discrimination and elder abuse.

My mom finally got out of this HORRIBLE place!!!!! About three years ago my mom was telling Dr.Lee that she was seeing blurry and seeing like she was looking through a chain fence. Dr. Lee kept telling her it was her cataracts and it wasn't ripe yet to have surgery. My mom gets the surgery from Dr. Anna G. And she tells her the surgery was a success and she doesn't need glasses anymore only reading glasses. My mom tells her I'm still seeing blurry. The Doctor said your fine it's healing. My mom tells her how can you tell me what I can see!!! At that point my mom said I'm not going to her anymore. I called her insurance company and after going back and forth with them which took a year! They sent my mom to this GREAT doctor!!! Very caring and kind as his staff is too. You don't get yelled at or put up with rude staff people. Long story short my mom found out she's legally blind in her right eye! Her new doctor said if only he saw her sooner... Hmmmmmmmmmm if only 3 years ago these doctors look into what my mom was saying instead of saying it was cataracts!!!!! What I don't understand is her new doctor gave her a visual field eye test and found all this out. Why didn't they!!! Specialist I think not !!! I recommend no one goes to this facility !!! In my mom's left eye she has tunnel vision maybe that's why my mom was saying she was looking through a chain fence !!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully they're going to be able to save her left eye!!!!! BEWARE if you go there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Silverman is a DISGRACE to the profession. He should NOT be allowed to practice. Awful experience, walked out. Hurting my dog, rude to me and only after the money. Shame on you.
