I had to write this review after seeing a previous review of a customer saying how bad of a service Creative Nails was to a disabled customer! First off, I suffer with a physical disability that causes me not to be able to get up properly out of a chair and I am ashame to get up at times around others. Creative Nails treats me so wonderful. Kelly allows me to make PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS with her before the salon opens! Not only do I come to my private appoints but Kelly makes sure she have me water - she also holds my chair for me so I can sit down easily... she holds my chair for me when I also stand up... if I am in super pain.... she rolls me in the chair towards the back of her shop where she takes her time to assist me. Not along this- she’s been doing this for me while she’s pregnant! That’s a lot. She does this because she is not only a owner of a nail salon but because she genuinely care about people! I love her. She made me feel like I’m worth it all. I always go to her from now on because her salon is my home and she is my family! You guys- please trust me when I say this! Ms. Kelly is one of a kind. She will do anything for any of her customers to make them feel like they are at home.

Always nice. They do a good job. Owner is very friendly. Go here all the time. To the people who commented things about the incident with thr disabled girl. There is always two sides to every story. The owner is not the type of person to refuse service unless there is a legit reason. The girls hands were wrapped and she wasnt able to move her body on her own to be able to get a full set and pedicure. Also as a business owner of something happened to the girl the owner could lose her business. I always have a great experience when i come in and get exactly what I ask for.

I recently went to get my eyelashes done by Kelly for my birthday and she did an amazing job!!!!! I promise you that everyone at my job asked for her information. She did my eyelashes on 03/11 and they lasted me til the beginning of April. I was pleased!!!!!!!!! You guys should definitely give her a chance. She wouldn’t disappoint you. Please do not let other people reviews stop you from looking amazing by Kelly. Also if there is ever an issue which is rarely, she will go an extra mile to satisfy you. I’ve never met someone like her. She’s my favorite and I will ALWAYS go to her especially now that I am aware of the good work she does on eyelashes!!!!

Looove Kelly and Philly so much! Most caring owners ever and always ready to fix any problems you may have. I especially enjoy the extra care they put into SNS nails with the oil and lotion as most places are never that generous! Will be coming back for as long as I live in this town.

I enjoy my time at Creative Nails everytime I go. Kelly and Philly have been nothing but professional and attentive to all customers, will continue to come and enjoy them with my daughter.
