I wish someone would have let me know of the pricing before hand. I had the idea that getting my hair braided would be $13 ( which it is stated on the wall), but I was charged double just because I got two braids (also who gets one braid? That’s not a very popular hair style). It was an unprofessional and judgmental environment. If the haircuts are priced at $10, why is my 15 minute hair braiding appointment twice as much? My braids look amazing and the lady was very nice..... but as soon as I started talking about how I do not believe in teaching traditional Christmas traditions to kids (such as Santa Clause), I felt like my hairdresser did not like me and wanted to hurry up and finish so I could leave. I was very friendly and was not trying to pick a fight. My opinions are valid and as an intuitive person, she was giving off judging vibes towards me. I also did not want to pick a fight about how I did not want to pay $26 for a service I felt uncomfortable by. I honestly have never paid more than $15 to get my hair braided, especially to a chain hair salon. I am giving Two stars because this is my honest review and opinion. This is a customer service job and it is so important to make your customers feel like they are in a judge-free zone by a comfortable and friendly experience of their service.

Allow me to take a moment to recommend Amy for cutting hair AND she does an AMAZING job at trimming up my beard. I am in sales, so it is important for me to maintain a professional image. The amount of money I've profited off of the quality of work she has done on me has probably covered all my future haircuts until it ceases growing.
The only con about this place is that the parking lot looks like "Day 1" of a driver's education course, but I'd say that is out of their hands!

Zero stars - but you cant post unless you select one. We had the worst experience with Tommie. Not only did she not honor our appointment as scheduled this last Saturday, but she had me bring my disabled child in and out of the facility TWICE and kept pushing us back and did not want to service us after we texted our confirmation and informed her we had traveled over 100 miles to coordinate this for a child who resides in the hospital. We had to get special permission for a cut and highlights yet she did not care and told us we could go someplace else. We were discriminated by the salon as she kept telling us "sorry I have a service that will take another 30 minutes" - we returned twice and each time was another 30 minutes and we would get the same response during OUR scheduled appointment time. It seemed she wanted to do another service that benefited her instead of doing the right thing. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

Premier cuts in San Marcos is the place to be! I was greeted by the most sweetest receptionist ever, Ashley. She was a great joy!! She asked me about my day, got to know me personally and treated me like family!! Ashley and Sam were amazing! Samantha gave me one of the best hair cuts I had in awhile. If you want to get treated like family and get treated with Premier service, I highly recommend this place with these amazing workers!
