I only went in for a refill. The place seemed clean. I’ll try a pedicure next time. Nail technician was very nice. I wish the hours were a little later during the week maybe until 7 PM. I know it says open till 7 PM here on the Internet
But the sign st the store says 6 pm during the week .

The space and massage chairs look pretty dated, but in good repair. The prices are great and the quality of the work is fantastic. When I get gel nails here they always stay on a week or two longer than when I get them anywhere else.

Zero Stars!! The spa pedicure is super basic! They rub a few creams on your feet and that is it! When you're done with your pedi, you will still have dead skin on the bottom of your feet as they do the bare minimum! I was also coming in to get a gel full-set and eyebrows. But after my pedi, they sat me under the dryer which was weird because I still had more services to get. The dryer went off after 10 minutes, so I decided to just go back to waiting area. No one said one word to me for a complete 30 minutes, I truly felt like my time was being wasted, one of the technicians went into the back of the salon and just never came back. So after 30 minutes of me contemplating back and fourth if I should leave, I got up and asked them could I pay. The woman had nerve to ask me if I could be so kind to leave a tip. No one said, sorry for the wait, would you like to come back another time due to the wait, or anything in that nature. A true lack of consideration for their customers and their time! Walking distance from my home, Yes, but I will never be back to this establishment.

Very rude individual at the front desk, who gave horrible service. She ignored when asked how she was. Had an attitude throughout my service.
BK Nails wasn't perfect, but this place is no alternative.

Day 21 and my gel manicure (on my natural nails) doesn't have a single chip. I have never been so amazed and happy with a manicure. I highly recommend this place! Update: Day 26 and still no chips!
