I drove over an hour to get there. They will not do appointments on Saturdays so I arrived at 9:05 to be early since they open at 9:15. To my surprise, they apparently open the doors a little early. I was told they would not be able to take me that day because they have limited amount of students... they already had 7-8 people ahead of me even though I got there 10 minutes before they were supposed to open. Looked as though no supervision was around & the girls at the front desk seemed like this was a normal thing for them to have to tell people & didn't care about the fact that I had driven so long to get there. The term you get what you pay for applies for this place. AVOID!

My daughter and I both got color. She had a balayage and I had full highlights. We had different stylists and both were so great! I recommend this to anyone! And check out Groupon because we got a steal on the prices! Thank you to Beth from Navarre (my stylist) for the spectacular service!

Not a good experience...where was the supervision? Student with little experience advising a new student with no knowledge! 3 1/2 hours later and so much polish that it still feels “globby”.It was an experiment by my friend and I...we’re going back to the “real” thing! Just say NO...😬

First time and I got three services, on two separate visits. Because it takes a long time and they're only open 5 hours at a time. My Mani Pedi was not quite what I expected. They do not trim the nails or cuticles. The file and push back only. My hand water was not warm. My foot water was ok. The polish job is lasting well, but there was some paint on my Cuticles and some missed areas on the sides of my nails. Second day went in for cut, color, and massage. Appointment was at 9:15 and they didn't start until 10. Apparently they were having a ceremony for 2 graduating students which went 20 minutes into salon time, then took my stylist another 25 minutes to be ready. I asked for lowlight style balayage but I got highlights instead. I asked for 2.5" off but I got about 4 in the front. Back was ok. I asked for a stacked bob but I got a non-stacked asymmetrical bob. Instructors were busy with other students and duties and were not observing on the salon floor. They were available for questions. It is a very laid back and not super professional atmosphere. My stylist was professional but other students were there practicing in each other and talking about getting drunk, naked, and partying. My shirt was ruined by hair color even though she used a cape. Also she said my hair felt "amazingly soft" when using the conditioner but then she used a paddle brush to "comb" my wet hair and was ripping through the tangled ends. Now that's it's over my hair feels dry and damaged. My massage- was amazing. I got hot stones. My therapist was professional and competent. The atmosphere was dim, quiet and relaxing music. She talked in soft tones. I would do this again. I will likely not get my hair done here again. I will say that my cut and color were not a bad job, they were just not what I wanted. And I didn't appreciate the lack of professional atmosphere in the salon.
