Terrible experience! I went in at 7:30 tonight (Friday) not busy at all. I advised I wanted a take off and full set. I'm then told to go sit with a tech to take a look at my nails. He begins to take my nails off, he had trouble doing so so the acting manager had to help. Long story short, the tech they gave me did not know what he was doing. I can tell he's new because he took forever! I was in there literally for 2 hours!!! I told him from the beginning I wanted stiletto nails. He cut my nails into coffin shape. So I had to sit there as he and another tech filed my nails into OVAL for 30 minutes. I was charged for length and stiletto design which my nails were not long and no where near the length I wanted them to be nor were they stiletto shape. I was over charged and my nails are not to my liking. I was tired and did not feel like arguing, plus I felt bad for the tech because I could tell he was trying really hard. That's the only reason for 2 stars is for effort! Then I rushed out from my drying time by the acting manager! This is the second time they've rushed me out because they were ready to leave. Why am I being punished because you put me with a new tech that still needs practice! Needles to say I will NOT be back!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Tina and Nikki for about three years now. I have never had a bad experience. I’m treated well and they have never blindsided me with prices or unrealistic wait times. Both Tina and Nikki do great work! The others in the shop do average to excellent work.
I took one star off because the decor is old and the pedicure chairs need to be replaced. I think it would be well worth the investment and I would gladly pay a bit more for better ambiance.

Ok job on full set but i got upset because i picked out the colors i wanted and the tech went and picked out other colors for me i told him no but he continued to tell me how i SHOULD get my nails. He also continuously tried to get me to purchase other services and products that cost more. They messed up my pedi as well because of the way the lady clipped my toenails. I was very aggravated. I wont be going there again

I chose this shop to go to after an accident so I was on crutches. I got a pedi and fill in gel polish on Sunday. By wed my gel polish was chipping and I had to wait until the weekend when I was physically able to go back and get it repaired. I went in and requested a complete polish change because all my nails are showing they chipped spot after only a week. The nail tech acted like it was a problem to change them all and give me my money worth. Plus I had to to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my money worth for what u already paid for. In pain and money spent this was the worse experience I don’t recommend them. My nails surface isn’t even at all.
