I have been going to SS nails for 7 years. Service is excellent. Everyone very nice and friendly. Very clean! chair massage is a must try !

I had a horribly chipped manicure because another salon did a terrible job the day before, and a wedding to attend later that day. I ran into this place in a panic, asking if I could buy a bottle of the polish in a somewhat matching color. The technicians took the time to find the exact color, got me a fresh bottle of it, and insisted on fixing my nails. Thank you for saving me from having to hide my hands all evening!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!!! The girl who did mine started without taping down my eyelids and separating the top and bottom. She glued the corner of my eye shut and was tugging on them so much that she damaged my natural lashes. She only put down tape (scotch tape!) when I asked her why she didn't. She applied the lashes all over each other, overlapping and it ended up looking like spider legs because they were sparse and she used the longest length. The glue was cheap and my eyes were red and burning for days. I doubt there was any training or certification involved before they put the sign up boasting that they "use a new innovation in the lash technology"... I never post reviews but I want to warn anybody that's thinking about going here. Go elsewhere and save yourself the money and trouble.

I have been going to Salem Nails regularly for almost 10 years and am very happy with the service and how my mani/pedi/eyebrow waxing turns out.
