Bellen is very gentle and compassionate. I like that it is easy in and out when I get a lab draw. I have been coming here for years.

Do not try to reach ; it is a night mare and they do not post a fax number. your doctor probably can not reach them.. If you love nightmares, this is the place for you.

Worst customer service ever and if you try and call them the computer just hangs up on you. I was trying to get my results and the computer hung up on me 20 times. Impossible to talk to anyone.

I have been here a few times for blood draw and the people have been very kind and patient. They know what they are doing, as I barely feel it when they put in the needle, and no bruising. Sometimes a bit understaffed.

All the staff there is ok except for this one woman named Faustina or something like that. She told her co-worker "I'm working on stupid over here." Refering to me while I was at the counter getting set up to get my blood drawn. That just about pisses me off because I can tell she picked on me because I'm a calm and quiet person. I have anger issues because of people like her and I have 3 holes on the wall that need to get repaired. I see a shrink and a therapist and take medications. A lot of secretaries need to learn to stfu and have some respect. They're like these evil caniving bitter women who take out their anger on others and obviously they're cowards as well because they pick on those least likely to react. They don't know how they're affecting that person though. The staff there is very inefficient though; I waited 45 minutes until I got called in.
