Staff was really friendly and nice. They even gave me a coupon, and they didn’t charge for my design. It seemed clean. Lots of regular clients. Unfortunately my gel chipped on day 9, I feel like I often get at least 14 days from my gel manicures at other salons.

Had to cancel my appointment because I am sick with a fever awaiting a covid test. I received a nasty voicemail followed by an unprofessional phone call from Vanessa claiming she thought I was lying and it “sounded like I had plans.” Unfortunately, I don’t have time to go back and forth with an immature woman justifying the fact that I’m sick. She was rude from the moment I made the appointment and this isn’t the first I’ve been hearing of this. Don’t go here. Go somewhere where the techs actually care about you and not your money.
The response below is inaccurate. There seems to be a major miscommunication between the employees. I called the business on Friday to reschedule after having plans pop up. No one answered after leaving a voicemail. I received a call hours later ON Friday to reschedule. I rescheduled for Tuesday and called to reschedule because I was ill. There is an obvious miscommunication and lack of organization within this business. Best of luck to them!

I don't really write reviews, but had to let Chicago folks know about the quality of these manicures. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure just over 2 weeks ago, and there isn't any chipping and my cuticles are in great shape still, which I can't always say about treatments from other spas/salons. In fact, the gel polish hasn't lifted at all and I feel like it'll be securely on for another week (!!). The staff is so kind, so fun, and so talented! They use quality products and do a thorough job - can't say enough good things about this place. It's worth the try if you're on the fence!

Wonderful female owned small business! The owner and her daughters could not be sweeter! The salon is very clean and Their COVID protocols are top notch. I felt very safe while getting my first pedicure in over a year! Look forward to going back.

I’ve had a 2.5 year relationship with this salon, and I am a rookie compared to many people that come here. It’s like a group of good friends! And you will never have happier or healthier looking nails. Not a walk-in place be sure to call in advance to get a spot (maybe even a week or more out)
