I stopped in on a whim to get my nails(hands and feet) painted. I loved the color I picked, and the young man that did them was great!! I asked if they also did eyebrow waxing and he said yes. Since the nail experience was good I thought why not. Mistake!! I did not notice till after I left that my right brow was messed up! The beginning of the brow was completely gone and very noticeable. So because I had left I called back to see why she didn’t acknowledge her error I was told to come back in so I did. I knew she couldn’t fix it. But admit you did and apologize or something. At first she acted like she couldn’t see it, her daughter was standing there and said she saw what I was talking about. She proceeds to say “I never mess up like this”. So now you can see the mess. I showed her recent picture taken before I went in there. Still no admit of error, in fact she became angry me and gave me $10 fee of waxing. I told her repeatedly it’s not about the money, it’s telling the customer I made a mistake before I left the shop and not charging would have been GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A&B is my go too nail salon they are the best. They always do my nails exactly how I want them. And their really nice people very sweet.
