The gentleman who did my nails did a great job however the last 3 times I’ve been there my shellac started chipping after a day or 2 and went in to get a nail fixed- they used the wrong color- went another week with 1 out of 10 nails not matching… then went back to give them a second try- nails chipped after 4 days. Peeled right off. Won’t be coming back

I have never had a set of gel nails so when a coworker suggested we go, I said YES!!! Neither of us have been to Foxy Nails. I called at about 130pm and was able to make an appointment for us both for 2:45pm the same day. The place seemed really clean. There were a bunch of customers. That made me feel positive. My friend and I had our nails done by John. He was really fantastic. I just got the nails done an hour ago so I don't know how they will last, but so far they look AMAZING!!!!! The only issue I see is there is a small polish bump on my right hand. I am hoping it doesn't cause a chip. I will include a before and after photo.
This is going to sound silly, but I had such a good experience here that after reading the one star reviews, it makes me wonder if those women themselves were the ones with the attitude problems and not the owner. He was very busy while he did our nails but the place was packed.

Woman working there was really patient with me even tho I moved around quite a lot, I tried my best to hold still and the 60$ was definitely worth it, my nails turned out rlly cute! :)

This was our 1st time at this nail salon. We went on a Monday evening and got right in. One of my daughters (4 yrs old) received a pedi and loved every moment. Her technician was very sweet and gentle and made her laugh. My other daughter received acrylic nails and loved how they turned out. The salon itself appeared clean and well kept and the prices were comparable to other salons. We will definitely stop in again. Thank you!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. “John” screamed at me because we tried a different mail style and I didn’t like it. He only tried it on one nail and yelled at me because it takes 20 minutes to get the mail off. I kept apologizing and he stood up in front of everyone in the store and screamed “get out, you’re done” and my nails were half done! I couldn’t believe it! I almost cried. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I would never in my wildest dreams treat a paying customer that way. I will never be back. 😥
