LOVE this spa!! My very first time and Key did a wonderful job on my shellac nails. She was very knowledgable and fixed a chipped nail that I had as well! Will most definitely be coming back when in the area again!

Very nice. Me and my sister got spa pedicures for her birthday treat. Massage, parafin, exfoliation.... the works. They did an awesome job. They even fixed my toenail after I messed it up on a chair nest the dryers! I'll be back for sure.

I got my lashes done here on the 20th within a week a lot of my lashes already fell off and not only that the application itself was uneven. My right side only has about 10 lashes left. And my left side looks pretty good. But the lashes itself was not how I wanted them to begin with. I’m really upset and I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Thank you for being completely unhelpful. I obviously won’t be coming back.

I have been here 3 times, 1st time service was ok/average, 2nd time not too pleased but didn't make a fuss, 3rd time their mistake turned into a very unpleasant experience and 2 of their nail technicians were extremely rude and pretty much embarrassed me in front of others as I remained quiet...called the spa after I left to speak to manager as I didn't want to make them look bad in front of their clients, wish they would've approached me in the same manner...spent a great deal of money to feel humiliated. Price is never an issue when you are treated with respect or simply common courtesy. Situation was never resolved. Extremely unsatisfied.

Took my mom for a massage and pedi, and we thought this place was great!!! Mei, Cindy, and Nina were so fantastic!!! Thanks for a great day ladies!!!
