I've been going to Venus ever since I first moved to Yorkville, 4 years ago. They're wonderful! I normally get gel no-chip, and it lasts forever. The inside was recently remodeled, and they have nice massage chairs while you're getting pedicures. Chris, the owner, is very nice, as is the rest of the staff. I wouldn't go any other place.

Chris and crew do a great job from customer service to the finished product. I appreciate that Chris keeps up-to-date with the latest and greatest in nail care.

I love Venus nails and have been going there for over 4 years now! Super friendly staff and great service.

I went in one evening I was greeted by the owner and asked what would I like, I told him I wanted a fill-in and he told me to pick my color. About 10 minutes later a lady walks in he greeted her, she said she wanted a fill-in also and was directed to pick her color. All of the employees were taking care of customers. The owner finished his client first and instructed me to go sit in an empty chair and told me I would be next. Then he had the lady that came in 10 might after to sit in his chair. The nail tech was finishing up her client and she told me she was almost done. But when she finished she moved me (once again) to another technician's chair. I sat there for a moment and looked over at the lady's nail that came in after me and she was almost finished, I was so upset that I just got up and walked out!
Not sure why I was treated that way but I will never go back!!!!!!!!
