Scheduled Mani and Pedis for me and my daughter. Positives-took us upon arrival, friendly. Negatives-cut my toe, French polish was on sides of my fingers and toes, and the bowl of water for the mani was room temperature and both hands in at the same time. Same charge for my daughter as mine when she didn’t need the full treatment. Will go where they do fingers and toe polish for $10 but still make them feel like it’s a full treatment.

I made an appt to get a gel manicure which takes all of 20 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting and seeing a walk-in be seated for service, I asked when someone would start and it seemed as though they forgot about me. Someone finally started on my nails. And then two women needing pedicures came and the lady who’d just started my nails went to start on their pedicures! Absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional.

Nails and pedicure done. Over a year now and still happy with great service. I have recommended #1 Nails First to my friends.Very friendly manicurists. The shop is bright and clean, nice atmosphere.

Ive been told by many coworkers go here. He was not only very friendly but fast.was so busy there but we got nails done and they look beautiful. This is my new place gonna get my nails done. Thank you so much.
