Bay Rose is a great place to run away to for a peaceful nails and toes experience. Amy took care of me for my nails and did an amazing job. She assisted me with different ways to protect my nails and was very patient with the process. The prices are better than most.
I definitely recommend Bay Rose!

Today April 22nd 10:15 AM I send my husband to bay rose nails to get a gel manicure before going on vacation. He walked in and asked Amy for a manicure and she looked at him and simply said NO! I was besides myself just because not only I, my children, my daughter in law have been visiting this business for years.
What type of discrimination is this! It’s disgusting to know you have a business where your duty is to give a service and this is the way you act! Why because he looked young and was wearing a black sweatsuit and a black mask, I hope it wasn’t because he’s Hispanic because you do have staff who are Hispanic and I would hope that you have respect for them or NOT.
My husband or better yet anyone you feel fits your standards should not be treated this way.
You definitely should not judge a book by its cover at all!
You denied service to a respectful citizen of your business community, a father of four grown responsible children, a grandfather, should I go on!
Your behavior was disgusting! May God forgive you for your foolishness.
I hope that you will learn from this because I am going to make sure that I and many others discontinue giving you service. I will also be making a complaint against your business for discrimination.

Not only is Amy unprofessional, but she allows her dog off the leash and the dog attacked a neighbors cat, while she didn’t intervene just because the cat was sitting in her planter. The neighbor’s cat apparently went missing from their home and. I wouldn’t patronize a business where the owner allows this type of behavior.
