This was my second time here, got a fill in with gel and was very pleased with the results. I made an appointment this time and was happy I did because I did not have to wait. This place is a hidden gem! Staff is friendly and professional, prices very reasonable for the high quality of work they do. definitely recommend.

Very rude!! The technician that did my nails continued to snatch and much inflict pain with the file like a saw! I was truly tried in the fire at this facility. I’m looking at my nails and they look terrible. It takes a lot for me to dislike or have such strong negative energy and this place have maxed me out. Hopefully this post will help them to be better in customer service and people friendly. 👎🏽👎🏽 I normally give tips. I couldn’t so NOT deserving of one more dime from me. 🤧 Please redetermine your purpose to the consumer. My sincere TIP! I tried to like. 🙅🏾‍♀️

Amazing place. Great people! Had nails and a pedicure done and it lasted much longer than I expected. People were friendly and they did a great job. I will go back again when I visit NC.

It’s an okay place; I will not return though... it’s just doesn’t meet my standards... my nails have bubbles in them and the sides are filed too far up for my likings. Kim stated the bubbles are normal; it also started burning my finger, which again she said was normal and told me maybe your finger is just sensitive.... Polish doesn’t cover all sides, and some nails are shiny while others are dull. She didn’t cut my natural nails down before applying a full set, so you can clearly see my nails underneath. (In the Army so I got a very natural/clear style). I tried to converse with Kim, as she was the one who did my nails, but she seemed like she didn’t want to talk; she kept answers very short. I was the only one in there for awhile so you would think she had plenty of time to focus on my nails, yet she didn’t. Although, she was very helpful in finding me a style that I felt was fitting (gel set, light pink powder, and pink gel on top) Spa Pedicure was $25 and she did not cut my cuticles, barely scrubbed my heels, she applied lotion gave a leg rub, not a massage... where they do that at... there has to be a better place out there; I will continue searching this is my first try since being at Bragg. Just curious, have you read their responses to reviews on here? Update: did some research and found out they were not truthful about what products were used. I was told that I got a gel set, turns out it was acrylic with a gel coat on top... not the same thing... I’m new to all this so I had no idea upfront. Also, they replied to my feedback saying the tech had a face mask on and therefore couldn’t talk to the client.... buuuutttt the whole time she talked to her coworker with that mask on, guess it’s just hard to talk in English with the mask on.

As a matter expert I do NOT recommend comming here to receive spectacular service done on your nails First I want to start with the greeting of the day, which was not given by the nail technician. Second, when you provide services, such as a polish change, you remove the polish, file the nails, buff the nails, and then you allow the customer to properly wash the ir hands. The reason for this process is to eliminate residue from the cotton from sticking to the polish as you paint the nails. The entire time I watched as she butchered my nails, cotton pieces were still stuck on my nails getting on the paint. Not only that but even though she noticed the paint was too dry to apply, she continued to polish, leaving a huge clump of polish on my nails. Lastly, cuticles are supposed to be cleaned to give a cleanly finish to the nails, they didnt even do that. I suggest these workers improve on the way they do nails or cut their losses as a nail technician. Take passion in your work, OR DONT RENDER THOSE SERVICES!!!
