Fantastic lodge. The staff was impeccable, so helpful and efficient. The room was well equip. The spa was amazing and so relaxing. Could not have asked for a better stay.

I was able to use the facilities at the Vail Vitality Center and dined at Terra Bistro three times during our last stay in Vail. Chris, who had taken over as manager while the actual manager was out of town, is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. When he found out our son was sick and we didn't have a car, he drove us himself in his own vehicle to the Dr. Chris did something to help us almost ever day of our trip, even on his days off (which aren't many). We can't thank him enough.
Terra Bistro is one, if not our favorite, restaurant in Vail. They not only cater to vegan and gluten free diners, the food they create is delicious and first class in quality.

I give this score because of expectations vs price. The Vail hotel market is over the ears prized away. On the sunny side you have the breakfast and the restaurant. Also the wellness center and bath department. WiFi good. But I would expect more upgraded rooms, staff ok but that’s it. The fan in my room was terrible. Loud and clear.

We ate at Terra Bistro. The food was good. The drinks were interesting and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!!!

Love Vail in the fall.
Great service and price, close to everything of relevance. Highly recommended.
