Came here with my best friend to get a massage for her birthday, very great experience. The staff are so nice and the message tables are very comfortable. I already made an appointment to come back in July. I can't wait!!

This is not a spa. It has a reception desk and a very small room for massage. The picture on this page is it. There is nothing more. no his and her locker room. No amenities. The bathroom is out in the hallway of the hotel. My husband and I canceled on the spot. Such a disappointing experience. Look elsewhere if you want the full spa experience. Renaissance should be ashamed and should disinvestment in this property. It definitely is not worthy of their name. At this juncture I will never seek out a Renaissance again.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was perfect. Nice and clean, they made sure we were comfortable and the pressures were right. I never had a massage with a hot towel laid on my back, that was awesome! Definitely will go back and recommend to others. The hotel itself it's beautiful as well.

Wow! Best paraffin mani pedi ever! And Vanessa gave me nails like Dorothy's ruby slippers! I've never had feet and hands this soft!
The reflexology massage to start it all off was so great, I talked my husband into one.
Just plan on spending more time than usual. The staff makes sure you're satisfied, and don't rush through any steps. I'm beyond satisfied with this spa.

Was somewhat enjoyable. Not what I expect from a massage pedi though.
