I will never go back to The Body Bar again. I have gone there for an occasional massage over the years, but this past experience has lead me to never want to go there again. I had spoken with the manager about wanting a 3 month massage package for the next three months before my wedding. I only wanted 3 massages, one for each month before my wedding, which I explained to the manager. She fully understood what I wanted. So, she gave me the paperwork to sign and I scheduled my first massage. Well, after my 3 massages and after my wedding, I noticed that I had been charged for 2 more months of massages that I didn't sign up for and also didn't go in for. So, at this point, I had been charged for 5 massages. I called to have them rectify the issue with charging my card and refund me for the mistake. The manager proceeded to tell me that I signed the 12-month package plan. I was thoroughly confused because this was the same manager that I had spoken with and explained that I wanted a 3 month package. When I explained that this was her mistake to give me the wrong paperwork when I was specific about which package I wanted, all she kept saying was that I signed the 12 month paperwork. She had no intention to apologize for her mistake and did not seem like she wanted to help rectify the issue. I was more trusting of her to give me that correct paperwork than I should have been. Since I had literally just told her that I wanted the 3 massage package, I assumed she gave me that paperwork. Lesson learned. I was then told that this manager's director would call me to possibly give me the option to break the contract, but that it wasn't likely. When I received this phone call, this director was very nice and easy to talk about this issue with. However, it was not her call to break the contact or refund me. She said she would have to talk to someone else and she'd let me know what he said. She called back and said that this man would allow them to break the contract, but not refund me for the past two monthly charges. I asked if I could speak with him and the director said that they don't give out his name. How ridiculous! She said he'd call me to talk about it. Weeks went by and I never received a phone call. There is no customer service or corporate number to call, so I am simply out of luck. I was scammed into signing something that I didn't ask for and then left to deal with the consequences. Horrible horrible customer service and management.

I LOVE The Body Bar!!! I've literally done everything they have to offer - tanned, massages, facials, and my waxing all at The Body Bar!! The bathrooms are always clean, staff friendly and the therapists and technicians always make sure that I'm satisfied with their work!! Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to tan, get massages, facials, etc! I just had a massage with Maile the other day & it was amazing! Everyone there is so nice & accommodating!

Wow! Great microdermabrasion price! Tamara was excellent, I will definitely recommend her to friends. Other spa’s prices would add on extra cost for the perks that came with the price here. Tamara also gave great suggestions for a skin care regimen. Very happy and will be returning and will request Tamara.

I got my first massage here. It was a far better experience than I expected. It was clean, professional, and relaxing. They were careful and professional when moving the sheet to work on different body parts and I never felt uncomfortable. I thought the length of time was adequate as well (wish there was a "napping room" for after because the last thing I wanted to do was get up and leave). Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be visiting again.
