Just got my nails done and no one even bothered to listen to what I asked them. Ombré nails pink into white they ignored the pink I picked out and did their own. Asked them not to do coffin style nails, guess what I got coffin nails 😑 got a pedicure asked for pink and white on my toes and only got pink now I get to walk around looking like a clown until I go to a professional who listens to their clients when they ask them to do certain things.

Very horrible customer service. I won't be going back. The guy was very rude and he wanted to do my nails his own way? After I asked him numerous times to put white under my nail color like my toes were done. I had to go back to get the color re done and he was very rude, rough, and sloppy! No stars from me.

I love this place Helena is the best she makes my nail shape perfect EVERY TIME i am super super picky but always happy here with the job she does...im excited for her new place to open in this center

Complete waste of money. They did a horrific job to the point where people were asking me who butchered my nails. First and last time going there.

This place is so sketchy...sometimes you have a good experience,thats if you don't complain. If you have any problem with how they do your nails then they have a problem with you. Customer service is terrible... The woman who did my nails could not speak English but she also was very unskilled. My nails look terrible. This ruined my whole day. So much for pampering myself on my day off 😩😩😩
