Walmart is a large chain store located in the North America region of the world and is known for low prices and a wide selection, though in recent years they have come under criticism for paying employees so little that they are eligible for the SNAP (AKA Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program - AKA food cards - which is a government benefit although soon the people in Washington D.C. will be taking that away so there). This Walmart is located on the side of US HWY 80 which makes it convenient from East Dallas. I like the selection. The store is large. Consider visiting the bakery. I did.

Not happy at all I waited for almost a hour for someone to help me in they never showed up I asked 3 different ppl that worked there to help me in they all said that the pet department had nobody working over there then when I went to the front of the store to ask for help and Ms.Barbara call for help on the phone and no one still did not come to help us out so I got mad in left everything in the basket and left ..I was getting a fish 🐟 tank and all the supplies but I never received help to get it off the top shelf so this Walmart gets a sad 😔 face from me today. They have got to do better at this location ..But thank GOD for pet smart I can get my Fish 🐟 tank tonight is set things up . Walmart missed over a $179 $$$$ in sales

Do I have to put a star because they don't deserve any star. To think that placing an order online and picking your order up will be convenient for both parties (seller & buyer), the amount of time I've spent trying to talk to someone on how to go about picking up my order took me 15 minutes on the phone and all that happened is ringing, more ringing from the Pick-up Dept, then the auto response sent me to Customer Service, more ringing, then got transferred to someone "live" but wanted to transfer me "again". Oh dear! Talk about inconvenience.

Easy to do. Plus a real human "Martha" at the kiosk to help. In my case she had to get my order from the back. She did so timely as well as professionally!

Its a great place to shop, it wasn't too crowded, but it's still a store so there was a decent amount of people. We get in and out real quick. If there is a problem they are happy to help!
