Horrible experience. Went there and checked online. Sharon was the hairstylist there. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I got there. When somebody else came she cheerfully greeted him and asked him if he was checked in. I was never asked or acknowledged. The other customer said no. When she was done with her prior customer I got up expecting to get my hair cut. She rudely stated to me, “calm down mister.” I have to see if the other man is first. The other customer said I am not checked online. She asked for his number and said to me, he is checked online and is before you. She never even asked my name. She didn’t even know who I was to say that his name was before mine. I walked out. What a horrible experience. Pity because I have had decent haircuts there before. There is such frequent turnover there.
Review edited. Raised from 1 to 3 stars. I got a phone call from Krystal I believe who apologized for my horrible experience. I will consider giving them another try. I am grateful that at least their management is willing to make amends and try to make things better.

Have been getting my hair cut there for years and I am especially fond of Krystle! Kudos to Krystle! (at your East Hanover location.)

Check closing time (9pm), take care of some errands. Show up 7:30pm, closed. At least post a sign stating may close earlier based on business.

The manager is extermely rude. Staff is ok.

I went to Great Clips asking for a simple one inch trim. The man who did my hair which i do not know his name ended up cutting my hair 2 1/2 inches, adding layers which not only did i not ask for but he did them completely wrong, and he added face shaping bangs which i also did not ask for. Here's a lesson for you Great Clips, do what the customer asks you to do and nothing more or less. Never visiting this place again and i highly do not recommend it unless you want your hair to be butchered.
