Shane made a stressful (for me) situation so much fun! He was extremely helpful and patient with me. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. He told funny stories and personal stories and was always ready with a smile!

We've been with CPM for a year now and couldn't be happier. Shane, in particular, is AMAZING. He has made the entire process of being (first time) landlords totally doable. We're out of state but never feel out of touch. This guy is the real deal. If you're on the fence about who to go with: go with Shane. Go with CPM.

We had great luck with CPM! We dealt with Shane. He was personable, helpful, fun, and friendly. We were having pretty bad luck in Grants Pass until we started working with him. Highly recommend!
