I was literally treated like garbage here. The boy who did my pedicure did it terrible job and then I was yelled at by another worker for asking them to fix what he had messed up. It was so bad that another customer came to my defense. Do not go here.

Loved this place but the guy sucks! It wasn't busy but he rushed through it forgot to do a nail. Kept disappearing and gel polish should last more than 5 days. Horrible

My girlfriend and I have been going to Top Nails in Irwin for a little over a year now. We are very disappointed of how the service is. When you call and schedule an appointment, somehow it does not get into the book (this had happened more than once), and then when you show up, they are overbooked. Then they rush you and makes you feel like you are a burden to them because of their mistakes.
They are also a little pricy for a rush job. They don't speak clear English and always talking in their language making you feel very uncomfortable.
They have less people working there now, don't know where Anna and some of the other great nail techs disappeared too. ANNA WHERE ARE YOU , WE MISS YOU!!!!

I will never go back to that place again they charge different prices for nails come off in three days they glued the dirt that was under my nails when they redid them and never clean them and thought it was funny and charged me a large amount that should've never been charged don't waste your money they're terrible and they're very rude
