Excellent customer service and quality work. Had a new set of pink and white acrylic. They look great and salon is owned by a very nice husband and wife team that both do the services. The salon is clean and it was enjoyable to visit with them.

I've been to so many nail salons in the valley, but this hidden gem is my absolute favorite. They are the friendliest by far and always treat me like a celebrity. They are so, so kind. Their work is thorough and exceptional! Flawless. And, on top of all that, they use many natural products (like lemons!) in place of harsh chemicals. I recommend them to everyone and will never go anywhere else. If you like outstanding service, there's nowhere better!!!

Wonderful! I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for me. Perfect manicure and they fit me in for an unscheduled pedicure immediately. Great atmosphere, friendly and polite staff. I will not go anyplace else from now on. Try it! You'll love it!

This was my first time at Orchid Nail and Doan was great! I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails and I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he didn't even hesitate. He did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back!

A strange experience... I got a pedicure and it took over an hour. My mother in law’s pedicure started much later than mine, I was worried that I’d have to sit there while she got hers done.... she finished well before me. The woman applied around 6 coats of a polish she bullied me into getting. Then an hour later I bumped my dogs water bowl and completely ruined my very mushy nail polish. I went back to the salon to have them fix it and the same woman tried to apply MORE polish to the goopy mess and insisted that it would be fine. Finally I had to put my foot down and ask her to remove all the polish and start over. I can honestly say this is the first time a pedicure has taken 4 hours.
