They were not able to take credit cards. Could only pay in cash but did have an ATM on the premises. Luckily I had some cash to avoid ATM charges. Had a basic manicure which stated it would be $17 on the website but after it was time to pay they said it was $18 ( not a huge deal) But thought that was unprofessional. It hasn't even been a week since my manicure and the polish is starting to chip a little on the ends.

Elegant Nails did a fantastic job for some cool nail art and they were consultative to understand my needs. I would suggest maybe having a few examples of nail art so it will help inspire their creative juices.
Overall they are thoughtful and ensure you are happy with your services and the prices are reasonable.

Overpriced and prices listed are not accurate. Paid $76 for full set manicure (didn't even cut my cuticles) with black tip.
$10 to remove ( they didn't even soak my nails, removed them by peeling it off and ruining my nail bed)
$5 for French tip
$61 for full set??
I went back and forth with the lady, but I'm not one to cause a scene. Never going back

Elegant Nails is the best place for manicure, pedicure and massage in LA. I’m from NYC and NO place in the city compares to Elegant Nails.
The service, attention to detail, and care provided are bar none. Coming here is what I look forward to most each week. You can’t go wrong with gel or powder manicures.
I can’t recommend Elegant Nails enough!!!!
