Terrible customer service. My fiance purchased a gift card for me for our anniversary in May, specifically to be used for a massage (even mentioned it at time of purchase). When I called about a week later to book massage, was told that they no longer had a massage therapist (which happens, its understandable). Asked to be put on a calling list for when one was hired. Months passed, called again. Staff stated that they were working on interviews and should be close to hiring someone and would call. Never called me. Called back again and was told they were still working on it. Asked to have manager contact me so I could see if a refund could be made, it had already been 6 months. Staff took down my phone number again and said that the manager would call me. I have NEVER heard from the manager and we are now at the end of November. Extremely upset with this business and they way they treat their customers. Have to calm myself down before I call again to complain.

From getting my hair done to having a relaxing massage, this salon never fails me! They truly care about the customer and that shows from the moment you step through the salon. Definitely my go-to salon!

Unprofessional conversations amongst the staff. Basic mani-pedi. Let's just say, I haven't been back!!!

Always polite and friendly, very easy to communicate what you're wanting in a cut, style etc
