My friend and I used to love this place. Lately the service has gone down but the prices remain the same...we'll be finding a new place now. Oh and be sure you have plenty of time because they are not in a hurry for anything, except when you pay.

I have been coming to this shop since the previous owner. Today I went and my 2 year old nephew could've done better. The male owner did my nails so fast that the paint begin to buckle while I was sitting for them to dry. I took them back to his wife to fix one of them because I tried to flatten out the bubble, she herself started correcting most of his work on my nails. She sent me back to the dryer and said I'll be over in a minute to put on your top coat. She was so busy on her cell phone that she completely forgot to come back and add a top coat. Professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail are very important to me especially when I am getting my nails done. This is the absolute last time!!!

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star! I walked in today trying to give them another chance but nope!!!!! The rudest people ever!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever!!

The worse experience means my friend had went there to get feet and nails done and it was way too much and they did a very bad job on the nails for me and my friend I won't be back

I asked if they had dipped nail polish and they said "No but we have something better. We have color powder. It'll last longer." I figured they were talking about acrylic nails which I did NOT want. I expressed that concern to them and they told me no. It was not acrylic. So I sat down and I asked if the man could soak my previous dipped nails off. He told me no that popping them off was much quicker. I explained that it hurt and I was willing to wait. He didn't listen and continued to pop my nails off. Ruining my actual nails. They were completely tore apart. I picked a color. And low and behold the powder color said "ACRYLIC COLORING" on the bottle! I called him out on it and he said "No, this is not acrylic it is much better and will last longer, too. I would not lie to you." I've had acrylic before. I know the difference but anyway, my mom was getting a pedicure and I didn't want to ruin her time so I let him to my nails. They turned out okay but he LIED to my face. They lasted one week before they started to pop or crack off.
