Employees do not offer services and assume you know what they have even if you are a new customer.
They don't care about you as they do not engage in any conversation and assume you dont want to pay or have the ability to pay. I had to remind someone to put a top coat on. When not busy, they are distracted and are on their phones.
There is no attempt to provide any personal customer service or fantastic experience to retain your business. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I would have given a higher review until the waxer told me that I was ugly and because I didn't want to get my eyebrows cleaned that I was even uglier.
I won't go back.
