Imagine having a sign on the front of your door stating "Walk-ins Welcome" and being extremely rude to walk-ins.
I understand that being a walk-in, you are not guaranteed a cut, but it was the approach from the two women working Saturday morning that was extremely off putting. Extremely dismissive...
Thank you for recommending me to "Hair Shoppe" because that is where I will be going from now on. ✌🏻

When I first came to glow Casey oliver had done my hair. The color was wrong and I was so upset to the point of crying. Well next day after I went back to glow and explained to diane what had happen,showed her a pic of what I wanted . Mrs diane made my day not only by what a great job she did with my hair but also the fact that she genuinely cared that I was happy with my hair. What seemed like a horrible experience turned out to be great and would highly recommend all the ladies up there except for Casey.
