The single worst manicure/pedicure experience I have ever had. The woman who was doing my pedicure was moving very fast and kept hurting me (either poking with the cuticle tool, filing down too fast/hard or shoving my feet in and out of the water). When I asked her to slow down and be more careful she just gave me a look. Then the manicure; again, just hurting me. She went to put gel on my hands without even asking. When I told her no, she tried to argue with me that gel is better. I don’t care. They’re my hands. More expensive then average to boot. Lastly, less then a week later my manicure is all but destroyed. Will never go back.

Paris Nails was my go to nail spot. The owner was very quick and courteous, however my last three visits were not the same. After my acrylic fell off 4 days after the manicure. I went back to get it fixed and the owner apologized and offered at the fill price of $32, not all manicures are perfect and things happen. My last visit was very rushed and I was over charged $7 because I had nails plus service? I got no manicure in addition to the fill so I should not have been charged and was charged to have my nails cut shorter. Taking out your personal frustrations on your consumers is not a great way to run a business and being over charged for coming back for a fix that was done poorly the first time is not my fault as a customer. Last time at Paris Nails. Not a bad salon, but if you speak up about your service not being great, be ready to be overcharged for speaking up.

Clean, courteous staff, excellent massage chairs, higher prices than standard, but worth it.

I asked for coffin shaped nails my left hand is decent and my right hand looks like square Ann did my nails and on my right hand my middle finger nail is clearly way shorter than all my other nails and again is square not coffin

Wonderful customer service. My boyfriend and I got a mani/pedi for my birthday, and it was a great time. Very relaxing.
