I had a acrylic fill. The advertised price is $22. And $34 for a full set. While I was getting them done, another customer had been getting a pedicure. She asked the woman why she did not receive the same type of pedi as her friend next to her. She was told she did she just didn't remember . I was shocked as she was. She paid and left . My nails were finished. I was told the price was $40. I pointed out the price on the board and was told my nails are a " hard fill" . WHAT?! Never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I will never go back and will tell everyone who will listen they are crooks, thieves and should be shut down!!

Never go there, they are rude and the manager lynn is just as rude if you don't have a specific nail tech you deal with, and you get anyone they are going to half do your pedicure. I was just in there almost 2 hours for a pedicure cause the nail tech half did it and I made her do it over. Manager was no help in the situation at ALL. never will spend my money there AGAIN. GREAT JOB LYNN!!!

Not good! I came in for a gel manicure and the guy doing my nails was more concerned with who was texting him than paying attention to what he was doing. My nails look like awful, uneven, and rushed. Do not waste your money here unless you have a nail tech you know and trust.

While on vacation, I had to get my nails filed off as I had been in a wedding but now, in real life with a 4 month old, needed then shorter. I decided to ask for them to “file off and shellac”. I’m Canadian and this is the term I would use there, and shellac was on their menu. She did file them down as they were too long, but someone started making ACRYLIC NAILS to refill. I realize I should have just told her to stop and that I didn’t want a full, but I felt awkward at the time. Now, I don’t have the nails that I came in with that she said were “too long. Hurt baby” but I have toxic acrylic nails that have taken so long to soak down and my own nails are completely ruined. Again, I should have said stop when I was unsure what she was doing, but I feel that I was completely mislead.
