This nail salon is so close to my apartment that I wanted to love it and kept giving them second and third chances. Numerous occasions would happen where after spending 40$ on gel manicures, they would chip less than 24 hours later. They are always willing to fix it but who wants to spend another 30 minutes of their time fixing something that should’ve been done right the first time. I’ve seen them pour nail polish thinner into the bottles which is probably why the polish doesn’t last.

I went to this salon to do my nails a couple of months ago. Firstly the nail professional doing my nails was beyond distracted. She arrived late for my appointment, she then kept stepping out and answering calls. I was overlooking it because my nails looked very nice.
However, three days later they were all chipping. Not just one, BUT ALL.
Would not recommend, especially since they’re powder gel is 40 dollars compared 35 dollars that all the other salons in the area charge.

Prices are great ($10 for a manicure, $20 for a pedicure) and staff were very nice. Great massage too!

I feel like I should give these guys a great review because I've tried out quite a few other nail salons in Astoria for powdered dip nail manicures and this is the ONLY PLACE THAT DOES IT RIGHT. They are fast and go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. They are usually pretty busy for a reason, they are really good.

I love coming here for gel powder. They do offer the SNS brand if you are partial to that.
