Horrible wait! No customer service skills. Employee got upset because I requested someone else. Over heard a conversation about me because I requested someone different. Not professional at all! The 2 sisters are the best techs. Because of the horrible customer service... I will never comeback!

The environment was very peaceful but busy. The nail techs were very personable and satisfied my service needs. I'll most definitely be back!

Do not go here. I've been going here for many many years. Last week I got the powder dip for a wedding. By Wednesday it was cracking and breaking. Went in on Thursday and they fixed it for no charge. By Friday the same thing was happening again but now I'm in another state for the wedding. I went back in yesterday to have it fixed and they were too busy told me to come this morning and try a different color. Go this morning and at the end wanted to leave the person a tip and they charge me full price. The nails were never right to begin with and then they acted as if it was my fault. "We don't know what you do when you leave the salon." I have never had an issue like this before. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Do not go here! If there is a mistake they will not own it they will say that "it is not guaranteed". Horrible customer service.

We normally enjoy ourselves here but we walked in and asked the wait she said 20min. 3 hours later and 4 people that had “appt” pass and I had to walk out. Either make appts or have walk in it’s not fair to have both. It limits personnel and make those who want to come in for a quick fill in wait unecessarily.
