VERY unsanitary! I was seated in a chair waiting on an available tech for a pedi, I watched him use his tools, them bring them directly to me, when I asked him for clean tools he got upset, sprayed them, then tried again, I again nicely requested, fresh things, and he began talking very loudly to a tech next to him. This place has went down hill so far since the move/remodel. I guess customer safety and cleanliness is NOT a priority.

I went here to get a manicure/pedicure. Well my manicure was horrible. I previously had a dove gray SNS color. Well that didn’t get soaked off at all. He just buffed some of it away and proceeded to put on another SNS color. The color I chose was not the color I picked. I asked for a color change and the lady told me it would be extra. She proceeded to buff away the current SNA color and add shellac on top. I told her I wanted it all soaked off bc I don’t want 3 layers of colors on my nails. She said next time I come she will take off all the layers and proceeded with the shellac coats. I told her 4 times I wanted all the layers off and I wanted clean nails before adding any other color. I didn’t get any hand massage/cuticle oil. Also when I was looking for the color for an SNS color I wanted for my nails, she kept trying to get me to get colors I didn’t want. My nails look lumpy and fake and these are my rea nails.
For my pedicure I told her the color I wanted and she tried to give me other colors I didn’t want. My nails are shaped weird as well.
I will be going to bamboo nails and never visiting this place again.

After visiting many salons in Warner Robins my wife has found classic nails to be top notch. They are very talented and stand behind their work.

I loved this place and will difinalty be back. They took their time to make sure my nails and toes looked great. They were very friendly.

This salon is very nice, they had me in and out in forty-five minutes. I got a full-set, painted toes and my eyebrows done for a small price. I will be going back. Highly recommended.
