I always so look forward to going to get a fill! I go to Riya’s religiously to see kiannah every two weeks. I’ve never had a bad experience. To me the best customer service is when you’re so comfortable with someone you can have effortless conversation. I’ve been going to her for over a year, and I don’t plan on changing that any time soon.

The nails sure do look super cute when you leave but they fall off pretty much immediately. Over priced for no reason. Got a full set with a design on two fingers (no gems) and paid $80. And the next day 3 nails popped right off. And the rest of my nails were lifting. Went back to have them fixed and they gave me attitude like it was my fault. I was on vacation so I wasn’t doing anything crazy. The quality of the nails is poor. Ever since I started going there my nails always pop off and lift within the first couple days. Never going back.

I LOVE Riya’s Nails!! By far one of the best salons I’ve been too! Kiannah is THE best! I love her! She has left me speechless on multiple occasions and I’ve never bee disappointed!!

i have been getting my nails done for probably 4 years , i have experienced nothing but trouble from this place, pretty much if you don’t get riya the work is average and over priced, they do not have much availability which is ridiculous for the kind of work done. the owner herself will tell the reception to not book a client if they do not tip well and will also cancel your appointment if she gets an offer for someone else to come in that she knows does tip good. this is no way to run a business, good at nails or not, i know several clients they have lost because of this disgusting behavior which includes me, don’t waste your time.

Amazing nail techs that are ALL so super-kind. I love this place! My nails have never looked better. :)
