This nail shop has horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!
I went there 4-3-23 around 2:50pm-6-35pm on a Wednesday. I got full set gel nails, two designs, pedicure, two designs.
I wanted my eyebrows arched, but they refuse to arch them, because I wanted it done with an archer, because when the lady wax my brows they were two different arches.
I had an horrible experience here!!!
I got Banned from this nails shop because I complained about my designs being different on my toes. The lady tech did it I
twice and still they resemble what so ever. I asked the tech to just paint them plain. They did not give me my money back nor design on my toes.
I asked the customer sitting next to me to explain to the lady about the design she did. The tech play like she didn’t understand. So I was talking to the customer sitting next to me and the tech, interrupted my conversation, and told me I couldn’t come back instead of giving me customer service seeing what the problem was and finding a way to fix it.
I was so hurt by the male tech. I’ve Spent much money at this nail shop, and have been over charged paying for someone else’s nail they also charged that person the price of gel nails too!
They do not sanitize their tools. They do not put cuticle oil on your nails.
I paid $93 to get my nails and feet done, and I promise there is nothing amazing about them. My nails are so plain and basic for the price. My nails are uneven and toes are uneven. Polish was on my hands and feet when I left.
They have no respect!!!!

NEVER AGAIN! i waited for 2 hours for my toes done. THEY LET THREE PEOPLE SKIP ME. when i asked the older lady about it she said "they we're here first" but clearly i was there, even another customer said it! i told them something when i had been skipped by two people but then a third skipped me. I left very unsatisfied! I've been going here for atleast 7 years now & i've never had any bad business. But after today I will NOT be coming back!!!!!!!

The best place ever to get your nails did. My nails normally last a whole month and then some with no refill.

Beautiful 🤩 nails 💅 and nice people with good and fast service. Took mom to get her nails done for her birthday and they did a wonderful job!!!!

I love the way they do my nails I'll continue going there I love the workers there they're so friendly and they location is close to home ❤❤
