I just came back from my "appointment" at 10 AM on 8/2/2018. I put it "quotation" mark because I did not end up getting my nail appointment - the lady was late to work. I was very understanding and nice for waiting half an hour past my appointment time. First, I thought it was so weird that there was already a lady there, but couldn't start my manicure because she can only do pedicure and that is her only focus. The first few minutes waiting for my appointment, I asked how long it would take the manicurist to arrive, and the lady kept telling me a couple of minutes, a couple of minutes... Well she never arrived !! and I was sick of waiting specially with an appointment! if I did a walk-in service, I could understand and would wait longer if I have to, but what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are going to waste your time? I also specifically asked for 10 am so I can leave to work at 11 am. They wasted my time for no reason.
To the owners, I actually just moved to Park Avenue and chose your nail and beauty salon because of it being so close to my house. You have just lost a potential loyal customer without me even having the opportunity to try your services.

Very bad experience for hair coloring. Lady is very grumpy, speaks no English and does a very bad job. Will never go there again.
