We take our small breed dog there and haven't had any real issues. They keep a log of previous grooming appts. Only inconvenience is cash only(minus 1 star).

This place is great! They go above and beyond for our dogs and have even taken them for the whole day when we were having a family emergency so we didn't have to worry about where to leave them. They do great work and recommend them to everyone.

The woman groomer is great, however....The owner is extremely unprofessional. I brought in my mini Australian Sheppard and the owner was the only one there to do the cut and he shaved his double coat off (I told him trim not shave..I was extremely clear).. This messes up their coat big time. In complete shock I paid him and left.. Once my boyfriend saw what happened he called the owner who was EXTREMELY RUDE and the owner yelled at him and hung up on him. The owner later called and apologized and said to come back the next day and he would give me my money back. When I met with him he was kind and apologized and said that the next service that I got would be complementary.. well.. HE LIED. I finally came back with my other dog to get a grooming and what do you know, no complementary service or even a discount, I paid and tipped the staff well but this is the last time I will go here. I have two dogs who need a full service once a month each and we will be finding another place that has better customer service. I also work for a large non profit rescue and will no longer refer this place to adopters.. Also.. your parking situation sucks! There is nowhere to park
