Very Satisfied with my nails! Very calming and clean atmosphere. I walked right in and was able to get sat immediately. The website was helpful to look ahead for services/fees. I would definitely come back!

They separated my mom and I after we asked to sit together on our girls day out. I showed a picture of a design I wanted, and I was told no with no explanation. Then, she began working on my nails very harshly and quickly without offering to do anything else or something similar to what I showed her. Not a relaxing experience whatsoever. I felt very rushed to get out of there, and I will not be returning.

They obviously have a focus on quick turn around with their customers. They go too quickly and it always results in mistakes. I get my nails done every two weeks for the past three years and this place has messed up my nails all of the four times I've given this place a try.

The first visit I was charged $63 for a full set of nails. When I returned for a fill the lady wanted to charge me $63 I said a fill is less she then stated owe yes I forgot it will be $43 for a fill. They are also racist if you are a woman of color they will quickly follow you to the register as soon as the nail tech is done. I came in to fix a broken nail and the nail tech finished my fill and instructed me to put my hands with wet acrylic under a UV lamp to make the drying process faster, I refused. Acrylic is a harsh chemical and in nail school it is not taught to dry acrylic under a UV lamp. The tech was upset at my refusal and said then you can wait 15 minutes and walked away. He returned after laughing with the staff and speaking in another language. He snatched my hand and began to file my nails very aggressively. When he finished he was rude and said nothing but handed me a ticket for $10 . The problem was I had come in 2 days prior and usually if you have a fill recent then they don’t charge you for a nail break . I returned a 2nd time to fix a broken nail and was told to have a seat until someone was available. 4 people came in after me for pedicures and done immediately. Another woman came in for a fill and was taken back to a nail tech I then told her why have I been sitting here for one nail and I left and told the woman I would not be returning! They are rude and want money , if we didn’t support their business they would have no nail shop!
